Refunds & Exchanges for jewelry ONLY. **This does NOT include custom orders**

If items are defective, or you just do not like the item, you have 15 days from date of delivery to contact me and have items postmarked for return.

Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds for cost of items purchased will be issued once I receive returned items.

If items you are exchanging are not in stock, you will receive a refund for returned item.

Items that are damaged during shipping to you, please contact USPS with your provided shipping info, to receive refund/compensation from them. All packages are sent out with insurance to match the cost of the items purchased.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Crystals
  • Candles
  • Kits - **If any items within the kits arrive damaged, please contact me immediately, and I will try to replace damaged items with what I have available.**
